Lifetime Tool & Building Products LLC announces that production has begun on its new product line, the “Ultimate Pipe Flashing”. A break-through design using a proprietary sealing method for flashing plumbing vent stacks and other penetrations that will provide a lifetime of trouble-free service.

The “Ultimate’s” premium material choices allows it to withstand even the harshest conditions, from its 24ga. Galvanized Kynar coated plate to its high quality ultra-pure high consistency Silicone and its proprietary precision molded PVC compression collar designed not to cut or notch the Silicone boot.

All of these materials are well known in the roofing, solar panel, curtain wall and window industries for their excellent service life and durability in outdoor applications. Four inches of flashing with nailing slots are provided for the sides of the unit and six inches for the top assuring a weather-tight seal without messy caulking. The “Ultimate” fits roof pitches from flat to 18/12+ for three inch pipes and under and 16/12 for the four inch.

The “Ultimate” will easily withstand extreme UV and marine conditions thus replacing the lead flashings that are often used in this environment. The thermal dynamics of pipe movement has also been addressed to withstand all types of conditions, thus always providing a weather-tight seal.
